• Estimated Transit Times (Standard Mail)
Please note that no signature is required for distribution and that the delivery times below are approximate and may be subject to delays due to carrier volumes and customs formalities.

• Tracking
We offer the lowest possible shipping rates, however this does not allow us to have a tracking number. If you have any questions about delivery times, please refer to the Estimated Transit Times above. If your parcel has not arrived after this time, you can notify us by e-mail, and we will be happy to help you collect your order.
In some cases, we may be able to add a tracking number after the order has been placed. To do so, please inform us by e-mail immediately after the order. Adding a tracking number may lead to an increase in shipping costs.
• Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Maxitype Sàrl.
• Returns
Contact Maxitype Sàrl before initiating any returns. Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new condition and unsealed. To avoid customs charges, please clearly label the package as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Unclaimed packages may incur handling fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Transport Damage
If you receive a damaged product or notice damage upon delivery, please promptly notify us with photos of the damage. Maxitype Sàrl is not liable for damage incurred during transit. We may offer exchanges for damaged items, subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with exchanges.
